Editing a Cup Of Tea on Adobe Premiere

In this session I was in a group of four whereby we all made video shots of making a cup of tea in the kitchen which was really fun, although the major shots weren't used  we created a video making a cup of tea.

Editing the videos on Adobe Premiere the video was transferred to my hard drive then I plugged it to the laptop then opened the Adobe Premiere app, new project then click file- put project name- and changed the project location to my hard drive and click on create file. Once the file is created click on workspace at the top of the layer then effects, after which I saved the file to my D drive. The effect control Tool is where all effects tools used for the visual panels are found and the primary tools for editing the video clips are right beside the editing space.

Furthermore I clicked on the spanner like tool right above my editing space then clicked safe margins( serves as a project screen to portray the subject in the frame, provides boundaries ad serves as indicators to restrict video image from being out of boundaries. Then click File- New- Sequence- DNxHD- 1080p25- DNX HQX 1080P25 after that I clicked ok( to put sequence in the video folders)the sequence becomes a blank program below the video files. Sequence- sequence setting( tells you all the correct things for video sequence, frame rate etc). I clicked on sequence 2 right above may editing space then copied the video clips and pasted them on the new sequence file, then spaced my clips out I adjusted each clips to desired time frame then used my dissolve tool- under the effects tool at the right side- dissolve- cross dissolve and added it to my clips to blend the scenes and move one clip to the next one smoothly so they don't look like cut outs rather so they could all look like after scenes for my clips.

When editing my sounds I clicked clips at the top left corner- unlink so as to adjust the sound length and adjust it to the right video frame, And after which I did that I used my left key to select my clips and sound the right clicked then link  to combine the clips and the sound.

Making the video a film

I changed my window setting to effects, then clicked on sequence- sequence setting and made sure my editing mode is on DNX 1080p after that click window + shift + S to snip my screen then I dragged my mouse over the arrear I wanted.

Then clicked on export- changing my location I clicked on location which took me to my files then I opened a new folder for it and saved it, Put my format as DNxHR/DNxHD MXF OP1a and on preset clicked on more presets and typed in DNXHQ1080P which is the preferred preset then export
