Myself and my interest in Digital media and design


 A Little Intro About Myself

My name is Mmesoma Precious Nnaji and I'm a student in the University of Hertfordshire currently studying Digital Media and Design. I'm 18 years of age and I come from Nigeria which is a western coast of Africa.

My hobbies are drawing, singing, writing, cooking and other fun things. I really love English Language and Fine Arts, I graduated from Faith Academy Canaan land, Ota Ogun state and started my course of study in the University of Hertfordshire as a Fine Artist but recently changed my course to Digital Media and Design which is actually an interesting course as it is a combination of Arts aspect, communication, business as well as using technology and internet. It's a course which brings in art and design on a higher level in different techniques whereby photography is involved, using of software to (edit, create and design), and it is more like a course that channels students to think outside the box in order to come up with new ideas and communicating on social sites. i.e. As a digital media designer you get to create web platforms, create videos and advertisements thereby improving your communication skills with people.

Digital Media and Design helps the society also in different aspects of learning ( learning new educational apps) and provides a vast range of information and resources to people who are eager to learn new things. It improves communication skills through gaming with friends online, improving our writing skills through texting through different messaging apps, and helps people practice their social skills better online and get to meet new friends and lots more. This are other interesting and useful informations about digital media and deign.

Also through this blog Digital media has made it possible for me that I do communicate and express my self better by writing and analysing on matters to the people around. it has made it possible for me to understand better about most apps and system software and how to use them to acquire my desired satisfaction. 

The mosh pic above was done in today's class using the link below. Then exploring through the different  effect icons and knowing the usefulness. I used the RGB shift icon (Amount - 0.048) and the Barrel Blur (Amount - 0.05) to create the image above then I saved it

   What do I hope to achieve over the next 3 years studying this course?
Well with the few things I understand and find interesting with this course I hope to acquire high industrial  skills such as digital creative practice and design, creating designs and graphics with (videos, websites, and softwares). I would be able to compel messages using videos, designs, logos, audios.

    This is a web coding I did on Adobe Dream weaver and the procedures and steps used where very fun, I saved the web activity files first then extracted them all and opened the index file from web activity then opened it in my Adobe Dream weaver then I clicked on view at the top left corner - split - split vertically then my screen would be on two sides showing my coding at the right then the code results at the right side. Firstly I had my heading changed at the <h1> text<h1> I changed the heading to Down The Rabbit Hole. Animate keyboard and City example

On Adobe Animate I opened the new document and named it CityExample (W-960, H-640, Frame rate-30, on platform HTML5 Canvas). Then created seven different layers( sky_day, sky_night, city_day, city_night, buttons,labels, actions), next I clicked on the city day layer and used the rectangle tool to draw out my style of skyscrappers in the city with different colours then selected the whole drawings and modify-convert to symbol (movie clip)then named it city_ day then on the symbol page i added new layers for the building and the windows as well, on windows layer i put in my windows and duplicated and fixed in a few windows(pink) then on buildings layer i selected the frames to 30 and right clicked to add in frames, while for windows i selected frame 10, 20 and 30 and added keyframes on each keyframes moved I took out and adjusted some windows and duplicated the cityday simbol under layer and renamed it to city night then double clicek the symbol - tapped the windows layer then select the...
