Removing and editing on photoshop
On today's lesson i learnt how to take out humans/objects from photos using adobe photoshop. Firstly i opened my layer and placed the file with the man in it then it formed a different layer from the background. So then right click on the layer and merge down to the background, right click
the merged background and save as layer 0. Use the object selection tool and left click to select the man
to take out then move tool and drag out the selected man leaving out a man figure selected layer, so press delete to remove the man. Next i used my clone stamping tool click alt key and left key on my mouse at the samse time and select a spot to clone to cover up the man figure left behind. Use ctrl + to zoom in so as not to make mistakes while using the cloning tool.then fore the figure at the wall edge and the road part press alt and left click on the road as it has different shades then clone carefully so as to make the work look perfect
and not rough after that i noticed ropugh edges at my wall so i created a new layer from the file icon above then open the real image with the man in it on the new layer then use the object selection tool to select from the black wall below to the ground then click the Edit icon at the top then copy and paste it on the first layer that i moved from. Place it on the desired place and edit click free transform so as to adjust and move pasted pictures, adjust it to the correct size then click image- adjustments - brightness/contrast then set it to the right contrast and brigtness of the picture used.
After that save file - click layer at the top left corner then flatten image so it could stay on the part to be covered then save, use the clone stamping tool click alt then left click and select outside the pasted picture then clone around the edge so it blends properly and not look like a cut out picture.
So go back to the second file formed and use object selection on the little black figure and other little details that can be noticeable, copy and paste back at the old layer on the desired place then use free transform spo as to adjust it to adjust it to the right spot, adjust the brightness and flatten image, after which i did that i used my clone stamping tool to blend properly and take out excess edge and then i use the same steps for the floor after which my work should look like this
Then for the street name sign beside it, i created a new A4 file used my object selection on the second file i had created earlier and the selected part of the sign board copied and pasted it on my new a4 file created leaving it as a layer with a background, using ctrl + to expand till it looked like pixels so i could know what to erase out i picked my eraser tool i took out little excesses from the empty street board
sign then select all and paste back to the first layer and the i placed it on the sign board to make it look very much alike so it becomes a layer on that editing page i deselected the pasted layer and used my cloning stamp tool on the sign board so as to take out few leafs covering the sign then i used my type tool to create my street name text just on the the sign board which i took out few leafs from then i adjusted the size and font to my desired choice. After which i selected my pasted layer which was deselected earlier and placed it right on top of the sign and the written street name (Roland street) then i adjusted it so it could look normal and not as cut out and i also reduced the opacity so as to blend in properly.and my results where beautiful.
